Thou prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over – Psalms 23:5
One of the benefits of walking with God is the blessing of His Power which He bestows on us in the form of the anointing of the Spirit. As we go about our daily affairs, there is need to go with the aura of His Power, and this we can only enjoy if we abide with Him in Fellowship. The anointing of the Spirit is needed for Kingdom service, spiritual warfare and excellence in life and Ministry. Without the anointing, struggles in life and Ministry are inevitable.
It is God’s answer to all of life’s challenges; it surmounts every obstacle and squashes barriers before the Child of God. We see this in the life of David, the Psalmist, who after his anointing by Prophet Samuel, defeated Goliath and did great exploits for the Kingdom. Likewise, it is God’s utmost desire to release His anointing upon our lives today if only we will take time to seek His face and walk in His Way. May you be filled with His anointing for Kingdom exploits in Jesus Name.
PRAYER: O LORD, thank You for the release of Your anointing upon Your Church. I pray that You’ll anoint me for greater service. I ask that you’ll release your anointing in a greater measure upon your Church for greater exploit in Jesus Name!
